Done in Nicole Duets class at Animation Guild.  I'm beginning to develop a healthy habit of doing a value study before the color comp.  It's worth it.

I attended Karl Gnass two figure composition workshop where two amazing models were posing together.  This is one of the 10min sketches i did. 

now, little paintings

 This painting is from a 3 hr session at Julie Snyders studio.  I adjusted some details at home but i'm having a little trouble finishing the job.  This is 16"x12.

This are about 1 hr alla prima studies.  6"x8", the first is at Santa Barbara Mission and the other is at my friends house.  This is a kinda funny fact... i'm going through something of an empty chair syndrome.  I run outside to paint and i keep being attracted by empty chairs.  I obviously then paint it.  I getting a collection of these guys.  haha.
